What is your return policy and warranty?
All of our lenses can not be used on SLR cameras, they are only for mirrorless cameras. Please check if the item is compatible with the machine you own.
All lenses are carefully calibrated and checked before being sold. If you have special requirements, pls contact the staff to confirm before placing the order.
Change the buyer address into English, and check the address and telephone number once more.
No address changes will be accepted after the order has been shipped.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item's price or shipping charges.
If you have special requests about your customs, such as labeling, packing, invoices, etc. Pls tell us before we send it out, we are happy to follow your instructions. Default, if you refuse Customs and make the package returned or destroyed, we don't refund or compensate.
If you need to cancel the order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. The cancelation is only accepted before the order has been sent to the carrier. Cancellation of an order will incur a 5% handling fee.
Refund or Exchanging
Refund and Exchanging service only provided under the situation that there is the quality issue of lens(es).
- You have 5 days to contact us and provide us with the shipping tracking number from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession for more than 5 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.
- All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your po#.
- We will refund YOUR FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included AFTER BOTH Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from Shopify. OR, you may choose to have an exchange.
- We will bear all the shipping costs if the product(s) can not be used after the guidance of professional staff.
- Please be aware that there are some differences even between lenses of the same model from different brands. This is not a quality issue.
- No refunds will be made if the goods are lost or sent back due to the recipient not clearing the customs, refusing to accept the goods or losing contact with the recipient.
We promise one year warranty included against defects in material or workmanship.
Warranty does not cover misuse (i.e. liquid, sand, impact damage, etc.).
Free service but buyers pay for shipping and materials.

Where do you ship from?
🙋 All of our products will be shipped from China.
Standard shipping carriers are DHL, FedEx, and UPS. (5-7 days to arrive)
We will choose the best shipping method based on your shipping address.
When will my order be shipped?
🙋 Order From Monday to Thursday, we will ship the lens out within 48 hours and upload the tracking number.
Order From Friday to Sunday, we will ship the lens out before next Monday and upload the tracking number before next Tuesday.
What forms of payment do you accept?
🙋 Currently we only accept PayPal payment
Does the price include tax?
🙋 All of the prices are not include any VAT/TAX or customs duty.
If any VAT/TAX or customs duty needed to be paid, the custom or carrier will send the bill to you after the package arrives in your country.
We could declare the value of products lower when shipping out the package if you need.
